Back by popular demand, our Spring Break travelers are returning to Snowmass! What's not to like???? Ski-in/ski-out accommodations, family fun, skiing or boarding at our favorite destination in the USA, the annual pizza party, and amenities unlike anywhere else. Discounted group rates on lifts and rentals are offered. Join us before this trip sells out.

Trip Details:

Transportation Cost: To be determined when air comes into range.

Land Package Includes:

*7 nights accommodation in Snowmass at Top of the Village in 2 or 3 bedroom condos, conveniently located ski-in/ski-out on Snowmass Mountain. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, TV/VCR, washer and dryer, balcony or porch facing the slopes with a gas grill, and complimentary wireless internet service. Property amenities include baggage service, outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, and on-call shuttle throughout Snowmass Resort.

*Special group rates on lifts, equipment rentals, and group lessons

*Registration/orientation get together with complimentary wine, beer, and soda with cheese and crackers at TOV Gatehouse on Saturday evening

*Annual Pizza Party

*Farewell get together – details TBA

Cost:

Land Package without air or ground transportation, double occupancy in each bedroom:

$1685 pp in a 2B/2b deluxe condo, $1895 pp in a 2B/2b premier condo,

$1615 pp in a 3B/3b deluxe condo, $1840 pp in a 3B/3b premier condo.

Add for single supplement in an unshared bedroom and bath:

$1485 in a 2B/2b deluxe condo, $1695 in a 2B/2b premier condo,

$1415 in a 3B/3b deluxe condo, $1640 in a 3B/3b premier condo.

Add air and ground transportation: To be announced

Payment Schedule:

$200 per person initial deposit submitted with a trip reservation form, membership application with dues, and photocopy of government issued ID used during travel. Send to address appearing below.

$500 per person due by September 1, 2024.

Final payment to “Ski Club of Sarasota” due before December 15, 2024.
