2007-2008 Trips:
     At the current time all destinations have space available. However, some trips have very limited space. Prices and are based on double occupancy (two people per bedroom). Ranges in costs are due to varying types of accommodations (i.e. different properties, hotel room vs. condo, one bedroom vs. two bedroom condo, etc.), different airline itineraries or foreign currency rates.
     For specific information on any trip, please contact the group leader.

Customized Lift Tickets:
     Adult, child, reduced senior, super senior, tots, 5 days, 6 days... You get it -- way too many choices!! That's why our board of directors voted to let you "have it your way" and order exactly what you want. Members get reduced group rates by ordering and paying for lift tickets prior to the trip. However, ticket costs are not added into our trip packages. Hopefully this system will be less confusing than in the past and provide better for your individual needs.

Singles on Trips:
      On club trips, prices are based on two people sharing a bedroom. Regarding rooming lists, members are expected to find their own roommate and/or condo mates. If you do not have a roommate, you may pay a "single supplement" and have a bedroom for yourself. In some instances the trip leader may recommend another single who is looking for someone to share a room. However, it is each individual's responsibility to find a roommate or pay the single supplement.

Trip Deposits and Payments:
       Anyone wishing to sign-up for a club trip must be a current member. Reservation for a trip is secured with a deposit and a completed trip reservation form. Checks should be made payable to "Ski Club of Sarasota" and mailed to the group leader at the address indicated with the information for each trip.
       Final payments are typically due in November or December. The trip leader will send a bill by mail to inform you of the exact amount and date.
