Combine 2 resorts into one great ski trip!

Recap: Nine members did the two week trip.

Included:

No transportation is included, although transfer between Snowmass and Steamboat will be arranged and available at a discounted cost TBD.

* Seven nights accommodations in Snowmass at:

Top of the Village Deluxe 2 or 3 bedroom condos conveniently located ski-in / ski-out on Snowmass Mountain, each unit has a washer and dryer, fireplace, and balcony or porch facing the slopes. Amenities include daily housekeeping, baggage service, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, and on-call shuttle service throughout Snowmass Resort.
OR
Laurelwood Studios Conveniently located slopeside on Fanny Hill, each studio has a full kitchen and fireplace. Other amenities include use of heated pool and common area laundry facilities. Daily housekeeping and baggage handling are included.
Special group rates on lifts (good at Snowmass, Aspen, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands) and equipment rentals in Snowmass.
* Complimentary continental breakfast at TOV Gatehouse on Sunday morning.
* Private Ski Club of Sarasota apres ski get-together at the Gatehouse on Tuesday evening.
* Private Ski Club of Sarasota get-together at Snowmass on Friday evening.
* Optional transfer between Snowmass and Steamboat – discounted cost TBD.
* Seven nights accommodation in a condo at Cross Timbers in Steamboat. Condos have gas fireplace, cable TV/VCR/DVD, patio or balcony, and alternate day trash removal and towel service. Property amenities include shuttle service, swimming pool, hot tub, exercise facility, sauna, laundry facility, garage, and wireless internet access.
* Florida Ski Council Activities at Steamboat:
Registration / Orientation on Saturday
Welcome and Get Acquainted Party with silent auction, dinner and dancing on Monday evening
Florida Cup NASTAR Race
On-mountain lunch
Farewell theme party ("The Wild, Wild West") with dinner and dancing on Thursday evening
* Ski Club of Sarasota Activities at Steamboat:
Apres Ski Get-togethers for Sarasota members only
* Lift tickets and equipment rentals at reduced FSC group rates.

Snowmass at Top of the Village:
Double occupancy in each bedroom: $825 (Single occupancy in a bedroom: +$625)
OR
Snowmass at Laurelwood:
Double occupancy: $995 (Single occupancy: +$795)

PLUS
Cross Timbers in Steamboat:
3B/3b with 6 occupants: $760 (single occupancy in a bedroom +$495)
4B/3.5b with 6 occupants: $785 (single occupancy in a bedroom +$520)
2B/L/2b with 4 occupants: $860 (single occupancy in a bedroom +$595)

Payment Schedule:

Club membership is required. Checks payable to Ski Club of Sarasota should be mailed to treasurer.
Initial Deposit: $800 per person due with reservation form sent to treasurer.
Final Payment: Remaining balance due by November 1, 2011.
