Recap: This proved to be another awesome trip to Snowmass. Following gruesome conditions on day one, snow happened!! Conditions improved with fresh snow every day. We had over 100 skiers and no injuries!! See Snowmass photos and a video on the home page.
Included:
* Round-trip air on Delta between Sarasota and Eagle Airport (through Atlanta), or on American between Tampa and Eagle Airport (through Dallas/Fort Worth).
* Round-trip ground transfers between Eagle Airport and Snowmass on private motorcoach, grocery stop en route.
* Seven nights accommodations in Snowmass at: Top of the Village
Deluxe 2 or 3 bedroom condos conveniently located ski-in / ski-out on Snowmass Mountain, each unit has a washer and dryer, fireplace, and balcony or porch facing the slopes. Amenities include daily housekeeping, baggage service, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, and on-call shuttle service throughout Snowmass Resort.

Laurelwood Studios - Conveniently located slopeside on Fanny Hill, each studio has a full kitchen and fireplace. Other amenities include use of heated pool and common area laundry facilities. Daily housekeeping and baggage handling are included.
* Special group rates on lifts (good at Snowmass, Aspen, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands) and equipment rentals.
* Complimentary continental breakfast at TOV Gatehouse on Sunday morning.
* Private Ski Club of Sarasota apres ski get-together at the Gatehouse on Tuesday evening.
* Private Ski Club of Sarasota get-together at Snowmass on Friday evening.
Cost: All prices are subject to change due to fuel surcharges and taxes.

Double occupancy in each bedroom: $1450 per person (on American) or $1475 per person (on Delta)
Single occupancy in a bedroom: Add $625
Land Only (no air or ground transportation): $825 per person, double occupancy
At Laurelwood:
Double occupancy: $1620 per person (on American) or $1645 per person (on Delta)
Single occupancy: Add $795
Land Only (no air or ground transportation): $995 per person, double occupancy
Payment Schedule:
Club membership is required. Checks payable to Ski Club of Sarasota should be mailed to leaders.
Initial Deposit: $800 per person due with reservation form sent to group leader.
Final Payment: Remaining balance due by November 1, 2011.
